I’m a Senior Technical Writer and QA Engineer with a background in military intelligence, a decade leading editorial and documentation teams, and a Master’s in Informatics specializing in Cybersecurity and AI. My current work sits at the intersection of all three: building agentic AI systems that turn engineering activity into documentation, release notes, and QA test coverage automatically.

The world of work is changing fast, and AI isn’t a passing trend. It’s becoming the infrastructure behind how technical and QA work gets done. I’ve spent the last several years building a real edge in applying it well, working fluently across the major AI platforms (Claude, including Claude CLI, plus Gemini CLI, ChatGPT, and Grok) to build production systems, not just prompts.
I’ve designed and deployed agentic AI pipelines that automate release note generation, documentation gap-detection, and QA test scenario creation directly from engineering activity, sparking interest at the C-suite level, where the efficiency gains were obvious from the start. Every system I build keeps a human deliberately in the loop, because unreviewed AI output reaching customers and clients is how organizations end up shipping inaccurate, irrelevant work. I’m systems-oriented rather than specified in any one tool or language, which is what’s let me re-engineer complex, once-cumbersome processes into streamlined, efficient workflows throughout my career.

Change-Intelligence Platform
The Change-Intelligence Platform ingests GitHub pull requests and Jira tickets and turns them into release notes, documentation, and QA test scenarios, with zero manual authoring. I built a live version of this for a large corporation. Every draft still routes through a mandatory human review step before it publishes. AI accelerates the work, but a well-rounded human decides what’s accurate before it reaches customers or clients.
