Release 1.0 · released October 22, 2026
Features/Tasks
Start product returns from the Point of Sale
A "Create RMA" action has been added to order lines in the Point of Sale, so store associates can start a return without leaving the register. The return quantity cannot exceed the quantity originally sold, a reason is required, and each RMA stays linked to its original POS order.
Hide expected amounts when closing a POS session
Cashiers without the "Can see POS closing amounts" permission close their session blind, entering only the counted cash without seeing the expected totals. Managers and supervisors who have the permission continue to see expected versus counted amounts, which reduces counting bias while keeping full oversight.
See order details while taking payment
Cashiers can check order lines, quantities, and prices directly on the Payment Screen instead of returning to the order screen during checkout. The panel updates as the order changes, and payment entry works exactly as before.
Print the Sales Order PDF from the till
A new setting allows the Sales Order PDF to be printed automatically when a POS order is converted to a sales order, so staff have a document to hand to the customer. If the setting is left off, conversion works exactly as before.
Bugs/Fixes
Delivery status correct on POS-converted sale orders
Resolved an issue where sale orders created from POS orders still showed an outdated delivery status after the goods were delivered. These orders now show a delivery status of "Full" once all related transfers are validated.
Removing a line from a synced order no longer crashes
Resolved an issue where deleting a line from an order that had already been sent to the backend crashed the point of sale session and stopped the sale. Cashiers can now remove lines from those orders and complete the sale normally.
Remove-line button no longer shows on order receipt
Resolved an issue where the remove-line button appeared on the order receipt, where it served no purpose. The receipt now displays without it, and the button still works as usual on the active order screen.
